This made me laugh, very amusing compotion. Buttstock. Well the bike group is called get of your butts, they have a yearly rally and call it Buttstock simular to Woodstock
That's my giggle for the day. I've taken the day off from painting, renovating, working at my job and just relaxing and this has just added to an already perfect day. So darn cute. What a cute little face.
Oh, Tracey ... this is a good capture, BUT ... it hurts to think of a child we heard of who was suffocated because the sand put too much pressure on the child's lungs. I pray (and assume) she got out safely!

@Judy: Thanks for the compliment and the concern, Judy! We (my husband and I) supervised the process the entire time. The reason the crop is so tight to her face (besides I thought her expression was cute), was that the rest of her was only dusted with sand. Her shoulders and her head to her ears were buried, but it was totally safe. I am a freaky mom who doesn't allow such things!
Hey Tracey..thanks for the boost about my imagination,pal...and slam me..!!..you turn around and produce an ace image like this...this shot is so imaginative,it's won you the Billy Oscar of the day m'lady ...be proud..
Billy...
I can tell from the expression on the face she's enjoying this, but I have to say I could never stand being covered up like this. You must be a fun mom. I'd freak out if my kids did this because I've always been over protective...or so I'm told.

@sherri: I am very overprotective as well, and if you read my response to Judy, it will be a bit clearer! She was very squirmy to get out of there because the sand had gotten into her ear. I freaked out and my hubby, Brian, had to take care of it before I panicked and shoved it deeper into her ear. She was fine!
