I really like the use of negative space in this one. The eyes just really jump out because of nothing being there.

I also like the lack of a background. It really forces me to focus on the mask.

Sorry for the double post, but I just thought i'd check out to see if there was a fairie fest here......and yes they do. I won't be able to go this year but I'll definately be looking to going next year :)
