@vu@granby - Wolfgang: I appreciate your opinion Wolfgang, but in this instance I would have to disagree. I like the crop as the bird is very near the "sweet spot" where the 1/3 vertical and 1/3 horizontal lines intersect. I often try a few crops and see what works best for me, and this one was the "winner." Glad you stopped in!
Nice capture - I like your composition in this one and of course the textures....

I really like this. I like the composition especially, with the wall leading us in, and then that bird -- so unobtrusive that it's a little delightful "oh" when you see it. And that fir branch gives nice balance to the angles. Well seen.
