You'd be able to report them with this image but I notice the Jeep at least doesn't have a license plate! Could it be a used car lot? I like your crisp focus and wonderful colors.

@Michael Skorulski: Yes Michael! You are too observant :0) It was a used car lot although the humor, at least for me, was still there. I guess they don't want anyone to park there so they don't sell the car by accident!

Even though it may be a used car lot, it looks like parking at a football game or other big event where people aren't to worried about the signs. Nice capture.
