They don't make houses like this anymore! This town is where General Lee and General Grant met to discuss the terms of surrender for the end of the Civil War. It is now part of the National Park System.

Great composition and an interesting tale. The house looks like it has been cut in two.

Wonderful image. I like the bare trees and clarity of the shot. The houses did take on a cut off appearance.

@Barbara: I never noticed how these two houses looked like they could've been the same one cut in half! But you guys are right now that I look differently at it!
